Our Program
Blossoms House is a therapeutic residential group home serving girls ages 10–17 who require out-of-home placement and intensive therapeutic support.
The home provides a safe, nurturing, and home-like environment with 24/7 supervision in a small, structured setting. Blossoms House is designed to promote stability, consistency, and emotional safety while supporting therapeutic engagement and skill development.
Daily life at Blossoms House includes structured routines, therapeutic activities, life skills development, supervised recreation, and opportunities for family engagement, as appropriate.
Our Services and Care
Services are delivered through a structured therapeutic residential model and are based on individual needs
Services may include:
- 24/7 supervised residential care
- Individualized Service Planning (ISP)
- Individual and group therapy
- Family therapy, as appropriate
- Trauma-informed behavioral support
- Crisis prevention and intervention planning
- Medication coordination with external providers
- Life skills development and independent living preparation
- Academic support and school coordination
- Vocational and career readiness skills for older youth, as appropriate
- Recreational and enrichment activities
